Larisa Featherstone

Larisa serves as Johnston & Associates’ CEO. Larisa grew up working at Johnston & Associates and joined the company full-time after earning her degree from Emory University. Through her initial work performing claim audits for clients, she found many inefficiencies in claims handling that inspired Johnston & Associates’ current proactive claims model that focuses on providing the injured worker and employer with the best possible results. In addition, her time doing extensive safety consulting with her clients as well as managing the claims department prepared her to take over as company CEO in 2008. Larisa is actively involved as an advocate for childhood cancer research. She currently serves as chair of the advisory board of Monroe Carell, Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Larisa and her husband Phillip enjoy spending time with their three daughters and dogs at the lake.
