Kathy joined Johnston & Associates in 2013 as an RN Case Manager after several years as an intensive care and school nurse. Kathy actually began her career after earning a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa as a Senior Financial & Compliance Staff Auditor. However, she decided after some time to pursue her dream of being a nurse. This unique background lends itself to her current role of Director of Managed Care Services, where she oversees the daily operations of the RN Case Management, Medical Bill Review, and Medical Canvassing Departments. Kathy is a Cubs fan to the core and loves to watch baseball with her husband and daughters.
