Denise joined Johnston & Associates in 2005 as a claims adjuster. After years of consistent excellence, Denise was promoted to Claims Supervisor and then to Director of Claims. Denise is an expert in claims strategy, and loves working with clients and claimants to develop out of the box solutions to difficult claims situations. As Director of Claims, she is involved in developing and maintaining service plans for all clients as well as developing claims supervisors and adjusters. Denise loves her Florida getaways to visit family, especially when she brings her son and their two dogs.
