Chad Rayburn

Chad joined Johnston & Associates in 2024 as the Director of National Sales bringing along his extensive knowledge and network in the insurance industry to further the nationwide efforts of the company for continued growth and national exposure. His understanding of the complex claims process in addition to building client relationships gives him the unique ability to navigate any conversation with confidence and insight. Chad is a graduate of Bethel University and is a passionate Ohio State fan and coffee connoisseur. He and his wife enjoy travelling and any beach vacation alongside their two children.
